he shrugged it off and bent down to grab the marigold, playfully throwing one of the herbs at her before spinning around and grinning madly. "ok, you knew it. now, let's go... wanna race?" romanarmy purred, lashing his tail back and forth.

romanarmy's eyes narrowed. "your mentor, the medicine cat, didn't teach you this? it's obviously a herb ~ it smells like one ~ but i don't know which one." the brown tabby maine coon's whiskers twitched, and he stepped back. "whatever, let's collect it and go look for more."

he shrugged. "starclan have not shown me anyone to love ~ or rather, i haven't found the right cat for me." roman burst out laughing at her plea to be an auntie. "well, if i ever find a pretty little mate, i'm sure you'll be the first to know, and the first to see the kits." the tomcat stopped beside some marigold, and peered at them. "what's this? it's a herb, right?"

romanarmy nodded, satisfied, then stood. he stretched out and padded outside, smiling softly. "now my dear because you are a medicine cat apprentice, we must go get some herbs on the walk. and, i must mention-" his whiskers twitched with amusement as he spoke, as this was his favourite part of the conversation- "no looking at our handsome tomcats. you cannot fall in love as a medicine cat, no matter how pretty you are darling."

"Oki Doke" Said Fudge, excitedly, She padded over to the tree with cobwebs and clawed some " Ughh! Stop breaking!" Shouted Fudge, with a mardi face on. She had an idea she got a leaf and held it with her mouth and collected the cob-web. The cute kitten skipped to her sister and dabbed the cob webs on her wounds.[

ic; romanarmy grunted and sat down, watching fudgepaw with a hard stare. "well, you know herbs. i need healing. i was scratched up badly... i think you need cobwebs, right? aren't they over there?" he pointed to the cobwebs in the corner. "i talked with the medicine cat, and since you're only his apprentice ~ and quite young at that ~ i guess i'll help you through it." the deputy laughed despite himself. "so just get the cobwebs and slap them on my wounds. i'll be ok, then." he smiled kindly.

oh, how he hated rogues. the d*mn things had attacked him when he went hunting, and had completely overpowered him ~ even though he'd chased five away. yes, five. there had been at least twenty of the rogues, and they had all completely torn the poor deputy to shreds.

and now romanarmy was in the medicine den, looking around for the medicine cat. the brown tabby maine coon yawned and shifted uncomfortably, a burning pain shooting along the scratches and wounds. "hello?" he called gruffly, sandy-coloured eyes shifting around the herb-filled den. "anyone there?"
